Ping An Tradition International Money Broking Company Ltd (“Ping An Tradition”) is the third inter-dealer broker (“IDB”) company in China approved by the China Banking Regulatory Commission (“CBRC”), and is the first player in the inter-dealer broking industry in southern China . It is established as a 67/33 joint venture between China Ping An Trust & Investment Co., Ltd (“Ping An Trust”), a subsidiary of Ping An of China, and Compagnie Financière Tradition (“CFT”), one of the world’s top three inter-dealer brokers. Incorporated in Shenzhen with a total registered capital of RMB 50 million, the company will begin providing broking services soon. In line with relevant stipulations of the “Measures for the Administration of Pilot inter-dealer Brokers”, Ping An Tradition provides brokerage services for the following markets both onshore and offshore:
